St. Andrew Presbyterian Church Congregational Meeting
Called Meeting
St. Andrew Presbyterian Church, Sonoma, CA
September 19, 2004
This Congregational Meeting was called by pastor Gantenbein for the following purposes: annual reports will be presented, the budget reviewed, and the Church Officer Nominating Committee will be elected. The meeting, having been announced on the two previous Sundays, was held at the church, 16290 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, CA. A quorum was present. The meeting was called to order by the moderator, Richard Gantenbein, at 11:55 AM with prayer.
The minutes from the last meeting, having been approved by Session, were available.
The annual reports were presented in written form by Rev. Gantenbein.
The Financial report was then presented by the church treasurer, Pam Gibson. The results of last year&Mac226;s finances were discussed and the proposed budget for 2004-2005, which includes a 3% increase over last year, was presented. The congregation was informed that the session has approved this budget. There are no changes in the staff salaries for this year.
MSC to accept the report of session on staff salaries.
Rev. Gantenbein then opened the floor for nominations for the Church Officer Nominating Committee. The following names were submitted:

MSC to close nominations and elect the above nominees by unanimous ballot.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned and closed with prayer by Pastor Gantenbein at 12:25 PM
