LIFE GROUPS

Find a group and grow in community.

You'll find one of the best ways to connect with others is gathering together in small groups. In a growing church, it can be difficult to connect with others on a personal level. We encourage people to grow in community with each other and deepen their relationship with God. Several groups meet regularly, ranging from four to twelve people, studying a variety of subjects.

 

There will be additional short-term studies offered throughout the year. We'll be posting them here on our website and the News and Notes as the details develop.

YOGA

THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY ON HIATUS - When they gather again, the regular schedule is:

Wednesday mornings from 9:30-10:30am in the Fellowship Hall. Taught by St. Andrew member Leana Medina Beltz. Yoga is the union of the spirit, body, breath and mind. It’s a moving meditation and prayer. Please join me for an all level Hatha yoga class. My goal is to create a welcoming environment to allow everyone to practice according to their abilities. Please bring a mat, blanket/towel, and any other props along with an open mind and heart. Leana Medina-Beltz is a passionate yoga teacher who has completed her 500 hour teacher training and has been teaching for over 12 years. She has been trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Chair, Back Care, Restorative and Aerial Yoga. If you have any questions email Leana throught he church office at andrewpres@sbcglobal.net

PIZZA & THEOLOGY

Usually the last Thursday of the Month – 6:00 - 7:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall – led by Rev. Nicole Caubisens and/or special guests. Check the Events page for the next Pizza & Theology.

FRIDAY MORNING WOMEN’S MEDITATION

Friday at 9:30 - 10:30 am in the St. Andrew Conference Room.

Whether you’re a meditation guru or just needing some quiet time to yourself, we provide a space for you to decompress and connect with other women. Bring a friend!

GRACEFUL AGING WOMEN’S GROUP

Every 2nd and 4th Friday from 2:00 - 3:15 pm on Zoom.

All women are welcome — contact Nancy Kirkpatrick or the Church Office with questions.

GUYS' GROUP AT ST. ANDREW

Every 3rd Thursday from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at St. Andrew

Join the Guys of St. Andrew on the third Thursday evening of each month here at the church for some friendly poker playing! No experience necessary! Low stakes; winnings go to St. Andrew. Be sure to sign up to be in the email group and get the details! To sign up: contact Bill Hammett or the church office at andrewpres@sbcglobal.net

 

ST. ANDREW CHOIR AND BELL CHOIR

Share your musical talents with the Congregation! The St. Andrew Chorale rehearses every Wednesday evening from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, followed by the St. Andrew Bell Choir rehearsal on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.
